Later on in the daytime i run 2miles(30 min)
Swim 10 laps (15 min)
After dinner i do a ab video (18 min)
Walk (2o min)
also i looked-for to know what would be a good buffet plan im 14yrs old and is 5'4 and weigh 113Do you cogitate this is obedient excersise workouts?
you might want to add some strength training. It will serve you gain lean muscle mass, which will burn your fat. It will also tone you up much faster than only cardio. You also seem to be doing closely, you may have trouble sticking near it.
Okay, um your weight is a polite weight so don't deem you're too fat. Yep, that's pretty upright, but honestly if I was you I would forget the walking cuz it might lately waste time, it's up to you though.
Yeah to be exact a pretty good workout and intense physically involved day. Eat lots of protein
