Does anyone know of virtuous ab exercises that can be done at work (desk job)?
The site listed below have some great office workouts. Here is the one for abs!
Abs: Sit on the boundary of chair, arms extending within front. Keeping back straight, contract the abs and slowly lower torso towards put a bet on of chair. Hold 2-3 second and repeat.
well i saw a commercial for some ab exercise bench but if you have one of those rotating computer chairs you can try it...adjectives you do is put your hands on your desk, keep hold of your back straight and turn your bench side to side tretching your abs...
