I know there are push ups but what else?Does any one know some well-mannered excises for upper body strength?
Chest:
Bench Press, dips, dumbbell fly
Shoulders:
Military Press, shrug, side lateral
Triceps:
Close-grip bench press, french press
Biceps:
Concentration curl, standing dumbbell curl, sledge hammer curl
This is assuming you have the weights and are intake right.
Without weights, you should really go buy some, otherwise adjectives you can do is the various pushups (diamond, decline, incline), situps, and dips, which involves a public house.
Get two 5 gallon pails. Put water contained by both of them. Pick them up and hold them for 1 minute. Keep your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bend over while holding the pails. By keeping everything bent, your muscles hold the weight, not your bones. Do this once a year.
Really tightens up and strengthens the core muscles.
bench press use weights dont use machiene weights you dont get the full benifits also use dumbells for shlouders and rear
Chin-ups & bar dips, and bench press.
Dips will grasp the back of ur arms strong front u can do preacher curls db curls
bench will acquire ur chest
lat pull downs go and get ur shoulders
