my 3x a week routine is hardcore but my deadilfting day is interfearing next to my bench press dayDoes anyone hold a full body powerlifting routine?
all right i play high university football and we gotta 4x a week routine. u can switch the days if u want but heres what we basically do.
Monday- benching sunshine which u mainly work ur bench and afterwards do some other exercises for tris and bis like curls, dips, and pushdowns.
Tuesday- u squat and do legs and later also work in some shoulders
Wednesday- stale
Thursday- do some more benching with more stress on the chest for added work and also more curls and tri work
Friday- deadlift with also more pay for lifts
