Does anybody know where on earth i can find an Exercise regime for teens?

I'm 16 and i have just about any body fat, i'm not live but i really! want to be, i have newly finished school and i want to do something contained by my spair time before I stir to college and i was thinking that exercise be the best thing to do as it would trademark me healthier and more awake. While i be at school, i used to run on a 30min walk to and from academy, 30 mins there and 30mins subsidise, but now i dont stir to school i dont hold that possibility and i found anyway that walking did not change my body's robustness or shape. I do not want to go to a Gym and i hold no equiptment at home, i was lately looking for things like types of sit ups and house exercise that i could do each day. A regime would be perfect though because if i own it in front of me and if it tell me what to do i will most likely do it.
Basically i want something that will oblige me with my strength and looks (all teens wanna look good right?) that i can do while at home and will oblige me out.

OK you can take these exercises and generate them into a list beside boxes to tick off or doesn`t matter what.
Brisk walking/jogging or something like swimming/bike-riding - 20-30 mins a light of day
Skipping - 5 mins
Sit-ups/crunches - do 50
Push-ups - do 50
Star jumps - 5 mins
Squats/lunges - 50 respectively
Leg lifts - 20
Other stretches and exercises - doesn`t matter what you feel you necessitate to do
Look at that how does that sound?! LOL
