When I start to gain weight adjectives my weight go to my stomach. Recently I guess since it the summer time and I've been eatingf alot adjectives the weight go to my stomach. Why is that and does anybody have any suitable execising tips to get rid of it?Does anybody else hold this problem near their immensity?
The answer is self discipline. If you are really serious around losing weight and not acquirement it in the summer, do something to remind yourself not to munch through snacks. I put a red piece of paper on my fridge simply so when i see it i remember not to eat until meal. The other thing you want to do is get outside. When you want to put away, or just want to quality warm and fuzzy inside, knowing your making progress, run for a quick amble. One last tip is to drink lots of river, fill up on it and you wont be hungry within between meals. =D

gotta be careful here...stomach excercises ( sit ups) will not modernize the situation as it will only congeal the muscle there...simply put get through less and excercise more...

I hold the exact same problem, especially after I had a child. I am not actually overweight at adjectives, but all my weightiness goes NOWHERE else but contained by my gut. I was doing a regular ab routine, and it did nil to help. I get through low fat and no meat and zilch. Still got a gut! I can proffer no help, but freshly my sympathy :(
