I am trying to get a righteous "swimsuit" body. I need facilitate evening out my obliques. Any good workouts/diets that are honest? Anyone else with this problem?Does anyone know suitable coded workouts?
do you enjoy anyway to stand in between to bar or shelves that can hold your weight? if so put an elbow and forearm on the dowel or shelf. Let yourself hangfrom your elbow/forearm and lift yourself vertebrae up. This will burn your O's like you wont believe. Or fib on your back upside down(at an angle of course) and put 25 lb plates one within each appendage outstretch your arms and lift them. Being you are upside down your' o"s will do most of the work.
leg lift to the left and right should do the trick 3 sets 10 respectively side to start once you get perfect at that go to 15 next 20 and so on
