Does anybody drink Muscle Milk to lose bulk?

Does anybody drink Muscle Milk to lose bulk?
Grey, I think when you utter "lose weight" you really mean, "lose plump." Weight alone is a poor gauge of body composition -- I know exceedingly lean, ripped women at 125-130 pounds and skinny fat women at 100 pounds. Which would you fairly be?
If your goal is to capture lean with nice muscle definition (think Angelina Jolie surrounded by "Tomb Raider" or Jennifer Garner in "Daredevil"), I would opt for a 100% whey protein product next to low carbs and no added supplements. Muscle Milk has creatine, which will make happen you to retain water and bulk up.
Try Optimum Nutrition (ON) 100% Whey (I close to the Double Rich Chocolate flavor) which is only 240 calories for 2 scoop and delivers over 40 grams of protein next to around six grams of carbs. Isopure Whey Protein Isolate is another good choice, but the artificial sweetners and price sticker make it a bit smaller quantity attractive than the ON product, IMO.
Best of luck
what the heck is that? you mean similar to the badgers milk contained by the movie ANIMAL? anyways muscle gainers will make you flabby unless you exercise daily next to them, go for boost or a close to meal replacement shake instead. find the HP version (high protein ) if your strength training as okay
no that wont work. muscle milk will give you muscle and you will gain substance because muscle weighs more later fat
