Does caffine effect a in a hurry?

I'm going on a fast terribly soon and it's a water and tea in haste,I'm not sure if it's better to avoid caffine in a vigorous cause caffine is within tea.
Please no bull mumbo about how fast are bad for you,impose uh...I dont care.

I don't believe it affects a fast. My family unit has fast and we still drink black coffee, water, and a touch sugar in the coffe so your blood sugar won't plummet. polite luck to you.
Sorry, but I care too much to not impart you advice from my experiences. When I be 18 years old, I fast for two weeks in decree to lose weight. It slowed my metabolism down very. Your body goes into starvation mode and tries to conserve calories. If you want to hurriedly in command to lose weight, consequently in the long run it is entirely counterproductive. If you are fast for spiritual reasons or as a preparation for a medical procedure, next that is a different issue.
