Does doing jump jacks aid build up your abs?

Does doing jump jacks aid build up your abs?
not that much, you are not going to have defined abs until your body fat% is 10% or smaller number.
Not really. It might help to tone them a bit, but not satisfactory to see a significant difference.
Not that I am aware of. Crunches would work better on your abs. Take care.
No they don't. And in attendance is no such thing as "toning".
See, you already hold abs... they're just masked under a cloak of fat. To draw from rid of this fat you'll hold to lose body fat throughout your total body. To do that you'll have to be surrounded by a slight caloric deficit. I would follow a simple fat loss nutrition program and include interval training via complex compound resistant training and cardio.
General guidelines:
*Eat small meal 5-6 times a day
*Each meal should have a complete lean protein source and one green vegetable or low GL fruit
*Reduce and eventually remove calorie containing beverages and drink plenty of water
*If you must hold starchy carbs have them individual within the first hour or so of wake up (i.e. Breakfast) or after high intensity resistance exercise
*NEVER skip breakfast
I a short time ago read in Shape or Self magazine that jump jacks is a waste of time and doesnt do anything to your body - its not a concrete exercise.
