Does drinking hose down next to crystal desk light surrounded by it-- no sugar, sodium-free crystal light-- "count" as reg. river?

i regularly drink water when working out, but during the year, i can't stand it! i prefer drinking it with crystal flimsy in it. looking on the box, it is sodium, and sugar-free, so does that aim it is the same as drinking regular sea? (as far as health benefits are concerned.)Does drinking hose down next to crystal desk light surrounded by it-- no sugar, sodium-free crystal light-- "count" as reg. river?
Essentially yes. You are still getting the benefits of the river you are drinking because it's all still within. The main difference is that Crystal Light add 5 calories to your drink where as wet has nothing. That's not a huge difference when you think that you can burn 5 calories by only just moving at all. Some variety of Crystal Light do have sodium surrounded by them so be careful to check the nutrition facts.

Yes
most diets read out you can count diet pop and other flavored water as similar to 50% or so of your recomended daily intake. Its still in good health than sugared drinks and even diet pop.
