Does complicated stretching stops your Growth?? for Flexibility??

Some websites i read that Isometric (Hard) stretches are not good for growing children or lower than Age 18. I'm 15 and i want to do those hard stretches because it make me flexible the fastest. Do you guys think i should do it or any other suggestion to get more flexible...(Website: Ex: Hard Stretching http://www.flashmavi.com/stretching_isom...

yes "hard" stretching can impair ligaments and tendons of still growing kids and teenagers.
but you don't need to stretch "hard" to receive more flexible. just stretch consistently.
why do you want to be more flexible anyway? if it is for sports, a moment ago do dynamic stretching instead of static stretching...it is more effective and safer as in good health.
My son is 16. He has be exercising since age 7.
No problems.
Stretching is GREAT. I do it every day.
