Does exercising beside dumbells simply previously sleep stimulate muscle growth?
Excercising with dumbells any time of the time stimulates growth. Doint it before bed doesnt be paid it any more effective.
no, 2 hours surrounded by morning, 2 hours in evening next to all free weights and machines, well-mannered luck!!

Muscle tissue does not grow, it can be developed by actions, but except steroids, very interim mass builder with severe side effects, IDS.
Daily workouts, 2 or 3 times a morning with moral nutrition and stretching and cool downs seem to work best.
