Does doing bicep curls near dumbells be paid you a better arm wrestler?

Dumbells ranger from 3-5 kg, and i do approximately 50 with respectively hand.Does doing bicep curls near dumbells be paid you a better arm wrestler?
Working biceps is simply useless for in the completion, it's just show muscle. If you want to go and get better at arm wrestling, increase overall arm strength. Work on fingers, hand, grip, and the forearm. There are different exercises out there that work on these muscles, in recent times do a little research.
Work on your Triceps, shoulders and hindmost, too.
Think about what muscles are in reality being used surrounded by arm-wrestling
It might, forearm and hand strength might be even more earth-shattering. Do wrist curls (larger weight, palm up) and wrist extensions (smaller shipment, palm down). Also you can practice seeing how mayn 10# plates you can pick up with one paw at a time, deadlift up to standing, lower and control let the counterbalance rest on the ground for a second and then repeat. Right presently I can do two 25's in respectively had for 4 or 5 reps.
