Does drinking profusely of milk give support to you out profusely more when you bench press?

im 14 years old going out for illustrious school football surrounded by Sept.
Im 5'6-5'7 tall weigh in the region of 180 lbs. and can bench 95 lbs. 9 timesDoes drinking profusely of milk give support to you out profusely more when you bench press?
not necessarily! you're very childlike and the reason you don't bench much is because you're still a kid...your body is still growing out of your growth hormones, and you don't develop true strength and muscles until your sex hormones see in after puberty...i'm unfolding you from experience...I was pitifully weak within jr high and precipitate high arts school benching 95lbs...all of a sudden puberty hits and I shoot up to benching 200lbs...it take some patience man! don't filch things like supplements any because at your age, supplements aren't the best idea!

I would suggust that you do a combination of cardio and muscle building workouts to increase your strength and energy
